What's not covered
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Improper installation or unauthorized repairs
- Acts of nature (flooding, freezing, etc.)
- Water conditions that foul filters, resins, or membranes beyond system specs
- Manufacturer defects (handled separately under the manufacturer warranty)
How to file a claim
- 1Contact us with your proof of purchase + installation documentation.
- 2We issue a return authorization number for the claim.
- 3Replacement parts must be installed by an Honest Water Co-approved technician.
Important notes
Coverage applies to the original purchaser when the system is installed, operated, and maintained per Honest Water Ohio guidelines. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period and do not extend or reset coverage. Labor associated with component replacement is not included after the first year.
This warranty is the exclusive remedy and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the system. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
